My Story
Seeking therapy requires courage and the willingness to be vulnerable. I believe that everyone has the ability within themselves to make changes to live a thriving life. My hope is to co-create a healing space in which my clients feel seen, heard, and supported so that they are empowered to take steps toward the life they desire. I strive to provide a safe and inclusive environment where all identities and backgrounds feel welcome - it’s a privilege to hear the life stories and experiences of my clients. Life can be challenging and confusing; however, it is possible to live with more peace and less suffering.
My therapeutic practice combines several modalities to fit the needs of each client, including person-centered, somatic, existentialist, and trauma-informed approaches. My background in holistic wellness means that I see the importance of tending to the whole person in mind, body, spirit, and community. I’m passionate about helping queer, neurodiverse adults reconnect with their bodies and emotions as a way to process trauma and grief, find fulfillment living with chronic pain and/or illnesses, and live an authentic life in alignment with their values.
I moved from Arizona to Washington four years ago with my two cats. It was one of the best decisions of my life! I love spending time outside in nature and staying active to support my mental and physical health. Some of my favorite things to do are baking, hiking, traveling, hearing live music, and collecting too many houseplants.
