Elizabeth
My Story
I’m Elizabeth, a counselor drawn to working with people in the middle of it all—middle age, mid-relationship, mid-reinvention. I support clients facing change, loss, and complexity with warmth, curiosity, and grounded relational care.
We all want to feel seen, heard, and supported, especially during life's messier, more complex seasons. I offer compassionate, inclusive therapy for people navigating big changes: aging, parenting, relational shifts, or alternative relationship structures like consensual non-monogamy.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in relational depth. I am interested in offering care that is sensitive to trauma and culturally aware, focusing on health in all its forms. I work especially well with adults and older clients who are re-evaluating identity, purpose, or connection later in life. I also support individuals who feel overwhelmed, unseen, or stuck in the role of caregiver. For polyamorous individuals and families, I create a nonjudgmental space to explore communication, attachment, and emotional safety.
While I have lived in the Seattle area most of my life, I started my academic journey with a B.A. from Smith College and earned a master’s in counseling psychology from Bastyr University 2025. I look forward to working with you-- whether you're exploring a new path or tending to longstanding wounds, I'm here to walk alongside you with presence and care.
